Swissport operates 50+ airport lounges across the world under the brand name of "Aspire Lounges". Our lounges are not quite cafs or restaurants but offer a haven for guests looking for a comfortable seat, complimentary food and drinks, great WiFi and above all a fantastic experience before their flight, no matter the reason for the journey. The expected pay rate is $19/hour. Your activities include greeting, engaging with and registering customers at reception; replenishing our deli counter with food and drinks; topping up our drinks stations and maintaining stock levels; serving beer, wine and other beverages from our fully tendered bar; bussing tables, sanitizing, dish washing & maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times; assisting with deliveries and stock rotation; regularly stocking and cleaning restroom facilities, every hour; sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors as needed; and above all, delivering exceptional customer service with every guest interaction. Other duties as assigned.
Your profile: Lounge agents must be 21 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation to and from the airport, able to lift 50 lbs without assistance, physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8 hrs); walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching; have a positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers; and ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check. Professional personality and strong customer service knowledge.
