• Build precision tungsten carbide cutting tools from technical drawings that customers rely on every day
• Run a CNC grinding machine—no G-code experience required—to achieve repeatable, production-ready accuracy
• Own your queue: prioritize orders to hit deadlines and keep throughput high
• Protect people and product: keep your area clean, organized, and safe

What you bring

• Sharp eye for detail and the discipline to follow documented instructions
• Background in manufacturing or packaging environments
• Personal accountability; collaborative mindset plus the ability to work solo
• Comfort lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for an 8-hour shift
• Confident shop math skills

• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Shop Math Skills
