Bring your Controls Engineer experience to STERIS' VHP team where you will design, develop, test, and support software solutions for automated, networked decontamination systems. In this role, you will develop PLC and HMI software, contribute to control system architecture, and support software development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
You will analyze product and system requirements, translate them into software specifications and control strategies, and develop robust software solutions that meet performance, reliability, usability, and regulatory requirements. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to both new product development and sustaining engineering initiatives while helping drive continuous improvement in software tools, standards, and processes.
This role is full-time and onsite at our STERIS HQ in Mentor, Ohio.

Pay range for this opportunity is $82,000 - $94,000. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
